Tuesday March 24

 

A book club meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays in the Community Room from 2 - 3 p.m.  You're invited to this group that is reading the book, "Mostly What God Does," by Savannah Guthrie.  Books are available and refreshments are served.  

 

A small group Bible study meets at the church on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m.  We're in a study called "Resurrection:  Living as People of the Risen Lord" and how the resurrection can impact our walk with the Lord.  

 

Wednesday March 25

 

"Hope-Filled Lives" is a support group for those going through anxiety or depression.  We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Community Room.  If you're going through a hard season with depression or anxiety, come be a part of our group for encouragement and God's persperctive and healing.  You can join at anytime.

 

Saturday March 28

 

All men and teenage boys are welcome to come to Men's Group at Bob Evans for breakfast at 8 a.m. Afterwards, anyone is welcome to come to church to work on a few property projects. 

 

Thursday April 2

 

We'll have a Maundy Thursday Service at 7 p.m. where we remember Jesus' night with the disciples before his crucifixion.  We'll take the sacrament of communion, have Scripture readings, and consider the Christian ties to the Jewish Passover meal.  

 

 

Sunday April 12        

COMMUNION AND FELLOWSHIP MEAL

On the first Sunday of each month we celebrate communion during our worship service at 10:30 a.m.  After the service, we gather together for our monthly Fellowship Meal at 11:30 a.m.

BIRTHDAY DINNER

Come join us for our monthly Birthday Meal in the Fellowship Hall.  Enjoy a home-cooked meal as we eat and celebrate our birthdays of the month!  Everyone is invited.

Saturday March 28     8 a.m. 

 

MEN'S BREAKFAST

 A group of men gather for breakfast, fellowship, and a devotional at Bob Evans restaurant at 3524 Indian Meadows Dr. off of Rt. 4 about 10 minutes from the church.  We meet the 2nd and 4th Saturdays at 8 a.m.   Sometimes we come back to the church and do a work project from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.  All men and teenage boys are welcome to come for breakfast or stay for both.

Sundays  9:15  a.m.  

SUNDAY SCHOOL

The adult group is studying the New Testament book of Revelation.  Come join us as we learn and grow together!  

                   

Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 10 a.m.   ZOOM 

 SMALL GROUPS

We have two small groups. The first is a small group Bible study on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at the church.  We are in a study called "Resurrection: Living as People of the Risen Lord."   We'd love to have you. 

 

The second group meets on Thursdays at 10 a.m. as an online Zoom group.   It follows the sermon series by looking at the previous Sunday's message.   We share about our lives a bit, pray for one another, and then jump into the Scriptures to look how we might live out God's living truth in our daily lives.  Just contact the church for the Zoom link to be emailed to you.

COMMUNITY EVENTS


The Edgewood Ministerial Association (EMA) is a cooperative ministry group of local churches that sponsors local community events to spiritually nourish the community of Trenton. The EMA also helps run local ministries to serve those in need.   It sponsors community events such as Gospel Sings, the National Day of Prayer, and holiday celebrations for local churches and the Edgewood Community Schools district.
