Saturday January 10

Men's group will meet for breakfast at Bob Evans located at 3524 Indian Meadows Dr. about 10 minutes from church. We'll have breakfast and a devotion. All men and teenage boys are welcome.

Come help us take down the church Christmas decorations at 9:30 a.m. on the morning of Saturday January 10.

Sunday January 11

Join us for our worship service at 10:30 a.m. We'll begin a sermon series on God's Guidance: Navigating Life on how the Lord leads us. We'll look this Sunday at Psalm 119:105-112 about the role of God's Word in leading godly lives.

Tuesday January 13

Our Mt. Olivet Book Club meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 2-3 p.m. We'll finish the book, How to Age Without Getting Old by Joyce Meyer. Next up on Tuesday January 27 we are starting a new book, Mostly What God Does by Savannah Guthrie. Books are availble for $15 or you may order your own. Come join us!

A small group Bible study meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the church Community Room looking at The Lord's Prayer and how it may guide us in our own prayer lives.

Wednesday January 14

Do you struggle with depression or anxiety? "Hope-Filled Lives" is a support group for those who are going through a difficult time with these conditions. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at church. You may join at any time. God is our source of healing & strength, and Christian community helps in this process of healing.

Thursday January 15

An online small group meets on Zoom on Thursdays at 10 a.m. looking at the previous week's sermon in greater depth and offering ways to apply God's truth to our lives as we live it out day to day. Contact the church for a Zoom email link to be sent to you.

Sunday January 18

Following the church service, we'll have our Annual Congregational Meeting. During the meeting, we'll elect new elders and deacons, hear ministry reports, review the 2026 budget, and approve the pastor's terms of call.

Sunday January 25

Our Women's Ministry meets after the worship sercvice for lunch and a devotion. All women are invited.

We have two small groups. The first is a small group Bible study on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at the church. We are looking at The Lord's Prayer and how we might let this wonderful prayer that Jesus taught inform the way we pray to God. We'd love to have you. We'll meet up until Tuesday December 9 and then take the rest of December off and come back Tuesday January 6.

The second group meets on Thursdays at 10 a.m. as an online Zoom group. It follows the sermon series by looking at the previous Sunday's message. We share about our lives a bit, pray for one another, and then jump into the Scriptures. Just contact the church for the Zoom link to be emailed to you.

The Edgewood Ministerial Association (EMA) is a cooperative ministry group of local churches that sponsors local community events to spiritually nourish the community of Trenton. The EMA also helps run local ministries to serve those in need. It sponsors community events such as Gospel Sings, the National Day of Prayer, and holiday celebrations for local churches and the Edgewood Community Schools district.
